Adelaide Primary Health Network (Adelaide PHN) is committed to conducting procurement activities with integrity, transparency, and accountability. Adelaide PHN uses this e-Procurement Portal to advertise Request for Tenders, Request for Proposals, Expressions of Interest (EOIs), Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and other procurement activities. This portal provides a secure, efficient, and transparent way for Adelaide PHN to engage with suppliers and manage procurement processes.

Registration

Registration is free and open to all prospective suppliers. To participate in a procurement activity on TenderLink, you must be a registered provider on this portal. To register, select the Registration option and follow the steps to create your account.

Please note that by using Tenderlink to interact with Adelaide PHN you will be providing Tenderlink with your organisation’s information, data, and possibly personal information.  Tenderlink is a separate entity to Adelaide PHN and any provided information (including personal information) will be used and dealt with by Tenderlink according to its policies and terms of service (including its privacy policy).  Please make sure that you read and agree to all applicable Tenderlink policies before you proceed.  Contact Tenderlink directly if you have any questions.

Once registered, you will receive your login details via email and can access relevant procurement opportunities.

As a registered supplier, you will be able to:

• Receive email notifications when new procurement opportunities are published in your selected categories
• View and download all associated tender and supporting documentation
• Receive addenda and updates issued during the tender period
• Ask questions and seek clarification through the secure online Question forum

NB. All procurement-related questions must be submitted through the online Question Forum once you are logged in. Questions submitted through other channels may not be responded to.

• Submit electronic responses via the secure e-Tender box
