2) Download and view the documentation electronically at no cost
3) Participate in forums to seek clarification or to ask questions
4) Submit your bid through the e-tender box facility.
About Bathurst Regional Council: Council administers the Bathurst Region Local Government Area in New South Wales. It is approximately 200 km west of Sydney and has a population of 38,519 (2011). It is on the Great Western Highway, Mid-Western Highway, Mitchell Highway and the Main Western railway line. It includes the suburbs of Kelso and Raglan and the villages of Eglinton, Perthville, Rockley, Georges Plains, Trunkey Creek, Brewongle, Vittoria, Peel, Wattle Flat, Sofala, Hill End, and Meadow Flat.
Bathurst Regional Council is a member of the Central West Regional Organisation of Councils (CENTROC).
E-Tendering: This system speeds up the tendering cycle and reduces the time and cost for both Bathurst Regional Council and our suppliers.
To use this system and to access the tenders being called, you must first be a registered Supplier.
To Register: Click on the Registration link above.
Enquiries: All Tender enquiries should be submitted via the Online Forum. Council staff are not able to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal.
Submission of Tenders: Completed responses can be submitted via the electronic tender box (preferred) using the attached Word Version of the Schedules for the Tender. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.

Alternatively, in accordance with the directions contained in the Conditions of Tendering, tenders that are in a plain, sealed envelope, may be posted or hand delivered and placed in the Bathurst Regional Council Tender Box, 158 Russell Street, Bathurst NSW 2795, prior to the closing time.
Late, verbal, faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
Council Policy is that the lobbying or liaison with Councillors prior to the consideration of a Tender by Council will lead to the rejection of the Tender.
