The City of Casey regularly calls for public tenders and enters into contracts
for a wide range of goods, works and services required to effectively serve the
diverse needs of its community. Council is committed to conducting its tender processes in a fair, open and
transparent manner, while demonstrating the highest levels of integrity and probity
throughout the process.
Council calls public tenders for contracts for goods, works and/or services valued at $500,000 or more (GST Inc). City of Casey may also elect to invite selected contractors to Tender through the Victoria State Government - Department and Treasury & Construction Supplier Register (CSR). CSR is an approved scheme and meets Councils obligations under the Local Government Act. Contractors are welcome to also register with CSR. From time to time, public tenders may be called for requirements below $500,000 (GST Inc).
To download tenders from this system you must first be a registered supplier. To register, click on the registration link above.
As a registered supplier, you can elect to receive email notification of any new tenders published by the City of Casey, allowing you to make an appropriate decision about whether you wish to download the complete tender documentation.
All suppliers that choose to download tender documentation via the eTendering system will be provided with the opportunity to participate in an online forum to seek clarification or responses to any issues relating to the tender in question. Also, all suppliers that choose to download tender documentation via this website will automatically receive any formal addenda relating to the tender in question that may be issued prior to the specified tender closing date. The provision of this facility will ensure that all suppliers expressing interest in the particular tender are kept up to date with all relevant information that may be made available during the tender period.

Please note that Council no longer accepts manual/hard-copy tender submissions. All tender submissions to the City of Casey must now be made via the electronic tender box.
