Council has the protection of the health and well-being of our staff and the community as our first priority.
Due to the impact of coronavirus (COVID-19) Council offices will be closed and Council may not be available to receive manual tenders via the mail system or any other method.
During this time Council requests that all Tender submissions are uploaded electronically to Tenderlink.
It is strongly recommended that Tender submissions are uploaded on the day before the Tender closing date.

Council releases all Tenders through this website. This website has been established to provide Council supplier’s easy access to a range of tenders, quotations and expressions of interest associated with Councils procurement needs.
Suppliers through this website will be able to:
• Register their details and establish profiles to automatically receive e-mail notification of relevant tenders, quotations and expression of interest as they become available;
• View tenders online and/or receive them via email notification;
• Download tender documentation directly from website;
• Use online forums for notice clarifications;
• Receive addendums and other information issued on current tenders;
• Respond to tenders via the Electronic Tender Box rather than having to travel or mail to Councils offices to lodge response.
Central Coast Council wishes to invite organisations to bid for the supply of goods and/or services contained within this system.
To download tender documentation you first must be a registered Supplier. To register, click on the registration link above.
All Suppliers, Service Providers and Contractors must abide by Central Coast Council’s Statement of Business Ethics and be bound by Council’s Code of Conduct in their business dealing with Council. Copies of the Statements’ are available on Central Coast Council's Website:
Council advises that Tenders are to be lodged in accordance with the requirements detailed in the Tender documents. These requirements include the maximum number of files permissible and the acceptable file formats.
We strongly recommend that you begin uploading your tender submission files 60 minutes before Tender closing time.
