Welcome to the City of Sydney’s eTendering portal

The City of Sydney uses this portal to advertise its Request for Quotes (RFQs), Request for Tenders (RFTs), and Expressions of Interest (EOIs).

Businesses who are interested in an opportunity to become a supplier to the City can register (free) on this portal at any time by clicking on the registration link above.

Once confirmed as a registered business you will receive email notifications about any new opportunities that we publish, and you will be given immediate access to any Open RFTs and EOIs that we have out in the market. 

If you are invited to respond to a Closed RFQ, your registration on this portal is required before you can access the RFQ documents.

This portal acts as an electronic tender box to enable businesses to submit their quotes and tenders online.  For instructions on how to make an electronic submission please click here.

We strongly recommend that you begin uploading your submission files at least 60 minutes before the closing time of the RFQ/RFT/EOI. We cannot accept late submissions.

The City of Sydney is committed to creating opportunities for First Nations suppliers, as well as local small businesses, start-ups and social enterprises (including cooperatives), and we encourage these businesses in particular to respond to our opportunities.
