The City of Darwin have moved to electronic tendering in order improve the speed and efficiency whilst reducing costs for both Council and our suppliers.
Improvements to formal quotation and tendering processes
City of Darwin has changed the way it distributes and receives Requests for Tenders (RFTs) and Expressions of Interest (EOIs), Request for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs) by moving into a fully electronic environment.
Council will place notifications and receive responses to RFQs, RFTs and EOIs electronically, through this eTendering portal.
How do I start using the system?
To use this system and to access the tenders being called by the City of Darwin, you must first be a registered user. To register, click on the registration link above.

None, Suppliers will be able to receive and respond to notifications posted by City of Darwin at no cost.

The eTendering system caters for the issue of selected tendering, public tendering and open advertised tendering for the supply of goods and services.
Council staff and suppliers of goods and services to Council are required to conduct their activities in accordance with the City of Darwin Statement of Business Ethics
