Welcome to the Eastern Metropolitan Regional Council (EMRC) eTendering Portal

This portal has been established to provide EMRC suppliers, contractors and other interested businesses easy access to a range of Requests for Tender (RFT's), Requests for Quotation (RFQ's) and Expressions of Interest (EOI's) opportunities available via eTendering.

The eTendering process available from this Portal will improve the speed and efficiency associated with the RFT/RFQ/EOI process, reducing the time and costs for both our suppliers and the EMRC.

Using this Portal will allow companies to:

• Register their details and establish profiles to automatically receive relevant RFT's, RFQ's and EOI's as they become available;
• View documents online and or receive them via email notification;
• Download documentation directly from the Portal;
• Post requests for further information or seek clarification on aspects of a RFT, RFQ and EOI directly to the website and receive replies back via email notification;
• Receive addendums and/or other information issued on current RFT, RFQ and EOI; and
• Respond to RFT's, RFQ's and EOI's via an Electronic Tender Box rather than having to travel or mail tenders to the EMRC's office to lodge responses, however, this option is still available if required.

To use this system and have access to RFT's, RFQ's and EOI's being called you must first be a registered supplier. Registration is free - to register, click on the registration tab above.

The EMRC wishes to invite companies to bid for the supply of goods and/or services contained within this system. As a registered supplier, you can receive email notification of any new tenders we publish, download and view the documentation electronically, and participate in forums to seek clarification or to ask questions.
