Kiama Municipal Council Tenders Web Portal

 

Welcome to Kiama Municipal Council’s electronic procurement and tendering web portal, which has been designed to improve the speed and efficiency for both Council and our suppliers.

 

Council will place notifications and receive responses to RFQs, RFTs and EOIs electronically, through this eTendering portal.

 

What are the benefits for suppliers?

  • Convenience: Suppliers will be able to download documents instantly, online.
  • Cost Savings: There is no cost to suppliers and supplier's responses will be electronically uploaded into electronic tender boxes, thus removing printing, courier and delivery costs.

To use Kiama Municipal Council’s electronic procurement and tendering website, you must first be a registered supplier.   You can register by clicking on the ‘Registration’ tab above.  Registration on the portal is free.

 

Kiama Municipal Council is giving all business operators an equal chance of winning work through a contractor accreditation system.

 

Kiama Municipal Council invites organisations to bid for the supply of the goods and/or services contained within these web pages.

 

Kiama Municipal Council staff are required to conduct their activities in accordance with our Code of Conduct.
 
Kiama Municipal Council operates under a Statement of Business Ethics which summarizes the key aspects of the Code of Conduct that apply to people working with Council.

When required under Section 55 of the Local Government Act 1993 our tendering procedures comply with Part 7, Sections 163 to 179 of the NSW Local Government (General) Regulation 2005.
