Welcome To City of Parramatta Council E-Tendering

This website provides our suppliers with easy access to a range of tendering, quotations and expressions of interest services. Suppliers can now:

Register their details and establish profiles to automatically receive relevant tenders, quotations and expressions of interest as they become available
View tenders online and/or receive them via email notification
Download tender documentation directly from the website
Post requests for further information or seek clarification on aspects of a tender directly to the website and receive replies back via email notification (up until 48 hours prior to closing of the tender)
Receive addendums and other information issued on current tenders
Respond to tenders via the Electronic Tender Box rather than having to travel to Council's offices to lodge tender responses

To use this system you must first register as a Supplier. Please click on the registration tab above.

Important Information

The closing date listed in each tender is absolute. Interested parties should work toward submitting their responses at least 24 hours prior to closing date. Responses may be submitted earlier, withdrawn and edited prior to the closing time and there are no penalties associated with early submission.

All questions and answers, release of further information, and communication ends 48 hours prior to closing date. There will be no additions or further information provided from 48 hours prior to closing, and interested parties should use this time to finalise and submit their responses, as suggested above, at least 24 hours prior to close.

Please note that all requests for information not lodged through the web forum must be in writing and sent to the "Contact Officer" stated in the tender documentation. Council staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to any proposal.
