This website has been established to provide Council suppliers, contractors and other interested businesses easy access to the range of Tendering, Requests for Quotations (RFQ's) and Expressions of Interests (EOIs) opportunities available.
 
The E-tendering process available from this website will improve the speed and efficiency associated with the Tendering/RFQ/EOI process for Council and suppliers. Using this website will allow companies to:

Respond to tenders via the Electronic Tender Box rather than having to deliver or mail tenders to Council offices, however this option is still available if required.

To use this system and to access the tenders being called you must first be a registered Supplier. To register, click on the registration link above.
 
If you are interested in any Tender, RFQ or EOI opportunities please refer to the scrolling message at the top of this page. By selecting the relevant advertisement your company can view further information on the Tender, RFQ or EOI and if required, download the documents. For assistance with submitting a response through this E-Tendering Portal you may like to refer to the Online Manual ‘Responding to an eRFx notice’.

Council staff conduct their tendering and general business activities in accordance with Council’s Procurement Policy, and procurement and tendering related procedures. These are available from the Tenders and Contracts page of Council’s website.
