Thank you for visiting the University of Wollongong procurement and tendering website. This website has been established to publish and manage procurement opportunities such as tenders and expressions of interest for delivery of services or projects, or supply of goods. It is designed to improve the efficiency of procurement, reducing the time and costs for both The University of Wollongong and our providers.

To use this system and to access the procurement opportunities being published, you must first be a registered provider. There is no charge for registration. To register, click on the registration tab above.
Once confirmed as a registered provider, you:
  • will receive email notifications when new procurement opportunities are published in relevant categories;
  • can download and view procurement documentation electronically;
  • will be able to submit applications through the e-tender box facility.

Legal status

Tenders submitted electronically will be treated in accordance with the Electronic Transactions Act 2000 (NSW), and given no lesser level of confidentiality, probity and attention than tenders submitted by other means.

Tenderers, by electronically submitting a tender, are taken to have accepted any conditions shown on the  e Tendering web site.

UOW may decline to consider for acceptance, tenders that cannot be effectively evaluated because they are incomplete or corrupt.

Tenderers must allow sufficient time for uploading their tender submissions prior to the closing date and time. Documents received after the closing date and time may not be accepted.

Electronic Format for Submissions

Tenders submitted electronically must be combined into the one document and in a file format that can be read, displayed and printed through Adobe Acrobat Reader 8 (pdf).

File Compression

Tenderers may compress electronic tenders in any format that can be decompressed by WinZip. Tenderers must not submit self-extracting (*.exe) zip files.

Change of Tender Form Text

Tenderers must not change existing text in electronic tender forms other than to insert required information.

Lodgement of a tender electronically is evidence of a tendererĂ¢??s acceptance of any conditions shown on the eTendering website.

Tenders submitted electronically will be treated in accordance with the Electronic Transactions Act 2000 (NSW) and given no lesser level of confidentiality, probity and attention than tenders submitted by other means.

A tender that cannot be evaluated because it is incomplete or electronically corrupted may be passed over.

For any enquiries regarding tender documentation or clarifications, please use the online tender forum provided. You will be able to anonymously and confidentially ask questions.

To ensure your tender is received before the closing deadline, we strongly recommend that you allow sufficient time to upload your tender application file(s). You will receive a receipt of application via email when you have successfully submitted your application. If you do not receive a receipt, we recommend you retry the upload or call 1800 233 533.
