Welcome to Wollongong City Councils’ eTendering Portal

Wollongong City Council (WCC) uses this portal to advertise its Request for Quotes (RFQs), Request for Tenders (RFTs), and Expressions of Interest (EOIs).

Businesses who are interested in an opportunity to become a supplier to WCC can register (free) on this portal at any time by clicking on the registration link above.

Once confirmed as a registered business you will receive email notifications about any new opportunities that we publish, and you will be given immediate access to any Open RFQs, RFTs and EOIs that we have out in the market.

If you are invited to respond to a Closed (selective) RFQ, your registration on this portal is required before you can access the RFQ documents.

This portal acts as an electronic tender box to enable businesses to submit their quotes and tenders online. For instructions on how to make an electronic submission please click here.

We strongly recommend that you begin uploading your submission files at least 60 minutes before the closing time of the RFQ/RFT/EOI. We cannot accept late submissions.
