Council releases all Tenders through this website. This website has been established to provide Council suppliers easy access to a range of tenders, quotations and expressions of interest associated with Councils procurement needs. This system speeds up the tendering cycle and reduces the time and costs for both Council and our suppliers.

To access tender Documents you will need to be a registered user. Registration is free.

All Tenders are carried out in accordance with Council’s Conditions of Tendering.

All Suppliers, Service Providers and Contractors must abide by Central Coast Council's Statement of Business Ethics and be bound by Council's Code of Conduct in their business dealing with Council. Copies of the Statements are available on Central Coast Council's Website. https://www.centralcoast.nsw.gov.au/

TENDER PERIOD AND SUBMISSION

All enquiries prior to tender close are to be directed to the Tenderlink forum for the specific tender.

Tenderers are required to complete and return all of the Returnable Schedules, including any supporting documents required to be provided.

File sizes should be kept to a minimum and unnecessary large graphics such as JPEG files should not be included. File names should be kept to a maximum of 20 characters and be relevant to the Tender.

Council’s preferred file/folder compression zip is ‘WinZip’. The use of ‘7 zip’ is to be avoided.

Council requests that all Tender submissions are uploaded electronically to illion Tenderlink in either, Microsoft Word, Excel and/or Adobe PDF formats.

It is strongly recommended that Tender submissions are uploaded on the day before or morning of the Tender closing date at least 60 minutes prior to the close.
