Edward River Council utilise this portal to advertise tenders, Expressions of Interest (EOI's) and Requests for Quotations (RFQ's), and manage the tendering process through to contract award stage.

We invite all current and prospective subcontractors to register on this portal and respond to advertised notices. Registration is free, click the registration tab above and follow the steps to create an account.

• Download and view any associated tender documentation.
• Receive email notifications for any addendums lodged on applicable tender notices.
• Participate in tender Q&A forums.
• Submit electronic bid responses through our secure eTender boxes.

To ensure your tender is recieved before the closing deadline, we strongly recommend that you allow sufficient time to upload your tender application file(s). You will recieve a receipt of application via email when you have successfully submitted your application. Check the details on the receipt to confirm all files and details are correct and completed. If you do not recieve a receipt, we reccomend you retry the upload, or contact TenderLink support.
