Hornsby Shire Council’s eTendering portal provides information about business opportunities listed by the Council. The portal is used to manage the tender process through to award stage.

You must have an account to view tender documents and to submit a tender. If you do not currently have an account, please click on the registration tab in the menu
As a registered supplier,
- You will receive notification of opportunities that may be of interest to you;
- View all tender documentation and receive addendums and updates;
- Participate in Q & A forums about a tender;
- Submit your tender securely through the e-tender box;
DOCUMENTS
Hornsby Shire Council Code of Conduct. – Council staff are required to conduct their tendering and general business activities in accordance with Councils Code of Conduct and Procurement and Tendering procedures. The Code of Conduct also details Councils expectations of its suppliers and contractors of goods and services.
Practice Note No. 8 - Companies responding to construction type tenders should also note Practice Note No 8 which outlines the range of measures, known as the Code of Tendering and the Code of Practice for the Construction Industry.
