Welcome to the City of Logan E-Tendering Portal

Logan City Council uses this portal to advertise our requests for tenders (RFT) and expressions of interests (EOI) to the market and to manage the procurement process through to contract award stage.

Important Update for Potential Suppliers

Council is now using the TenderLink online response form function for our advertised tenders.
This change will streamline the upload and evaluation process.
Suppliers will have the opportunity to attend information sessions to understand "how to complete your online submission".
A user guide is available under the support tab under the resource page.

Current and potential suppliers of goods, services and works are encouraged to register on this portal. There is no charge for registration.

Important Notes for Potential Suppliers:

    1. Tender submissions will only be accepted through this portal

        (unless stated otherwise).

      2. Ensure you select the type of notifications you want to receive.

    3. Tenderers must allow sufficient time to upload their submission

        (we recommend allowing up to 2 hours).

Once confirmed as a registered supplier, you will receive email notification of any new opportunities we publish. You will also be able to access this portal to view any associated documentation, participate in forums and where required submit electronic tender submissions.

All procurement activities are conducted in accordance with the Local Government Act 2009 and the Local Government Regulation 2012 and all Council staff must comply with the requirements of relevant Council Policies, Delegations of Authority and Management Directives.
